After 2017 vintage bottling, our team are back to work on the 2018 vintage with rackings of the barrels in our new cellar. Racking allows us to leave out the sediments in the barrels during the ageing.
Philippe Blanc, General Manager, and his technical team are tasting together a few samples to create the blending of the soon-to-be Château Beychevelle 2018. Helping them is Eric Boissenot on this important exercise.

Since about two years already, the Château’s park has welcomed three bee hives. Because of our bees, we have been getting honey several time during the years.
And as for the non cultivated land, we use them to raise our beautiful limousine cows.
