Gravity in the winery

The harvest continues with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes still entering the winery.

Every mobile vat has a capicity of about 3hl and allows our team to use the gravity to fill in the vats without using pumps. A kind of dance is happening all day long while the Merlots are still fermenting in the neighbouring vats.
