Romain is the son of a winegrower. He joined the Beychevelle crew as Technical Director in 2012. Gaël and Cédric are getting used to the new vat room. As big sportsmen, respectively rugbyman and ex fireman, they work on the vinification of the new vintage. At the top, Cédric is doing a pigeage with our less tiring new tool and Gaël is checking the density and temperature of each vat thanks to chips linked to the control computer.
